CondoService - Mobile Application

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your CondoService account and all associated data at any time.

What data will be deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, CPF/CNPJ
  • Profile data: condominium or company information, logo, photos
  • Service requests: all service requests you created
  • Proposals: all proposals you sent or received
  • Messages: chat conversations and message history
  • Ratings and reviews: reviews you gave or received
  • Notifications: all notification history

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to:

Please include in your email:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address registered with your account
  • Your full name (as registered in the app)

Processing time

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
  • Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 15 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Important information

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • You will lose access to all your data and history
  • Any active services or pending proposals will be cancelled
  • If you wish to use CondoService again, you will need to create a new account
