Condominium information is shared with service providers to enable quotes. Service provider information is shared with condominiums for proposal evaluation.

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging: push notifications

4.3. Legal Compliance:

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5.1. Where We Store:

Your data is stored on Firebase/Google Cloud servers, which may be located in different geographic regions.

5.2. How Long:

  • Account data: while your account is active
  • Communication data: up to 5 years after last access
  • Technical data: up to 2 years

5.3. Security Measures:

  • Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Sensitive data encryption at rest
