How do I create a service request?
Sign in to your condominium account, tap the "+" button on the home screen, select the service category, add a description and photos, set the urgency level, and submit your request. Service providers will receive your request and can send proposals.
How do I view and accept proposals?
Go to the "Quotes" tab to see all proposals received for your service requests. You can view company profiles, compare prices, check estimated deadlines, and accept the proposal that best meets your needs. Once accepted, the service moves to the "Services" tab.
What is the difference between Free and Premium subscriptions?
For Service Companies: Free accounts can submit up to 1 proposal total, while Premium accounts have unlimited proposals. Condominiums can use all features for free.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
If you're a service company, go to your Profile tab, tap on your subscription status, and follow the prompts to upgrade. Premium gives you unlimited access to submit proposals to service requests.
How does the chat feature work?
Once a proposal is sent or accepted, both parties can communicate through the built-in chat. Access it from the "Chat" tab. You'll receive push notifications for new messages.
Can I edit my profile information?
Yes! Go to the Profile tab and tap "Edit Profile". You can update your name, phone number, address, photos, logo, and service categories (for companies). Note that email and tax ID (CPF/CNPJ) cannot be changed after registration.
How do I report inappropriate behavior or block a user?
On any user's profile page, tap the three-dot menu and select "Report User" or "Block User". Reporting helps us maintain a safe community, while blocking prevents that user from seeing your information or contacting you.
What happens after a service is completed?
When the service provider marks the service as completed, both parties will be prompted to rate and review each other. These ratings help build trust in the community and help other users make informed decisions.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?", enter your email address, and you'll receive a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Make sure you've granted notification permissions to the CondoService app in your device settings. Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > CondoService > Notifications and ensure they're enabled. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through the app (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or by visiting our
account deletion page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes! We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with Brazil's LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and never sell your personal information. Read our

We support 15+ categories including: Hydraulic/Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, Painting, Pest Control, Gardening, Security, Intercom Systems, Locksmith, Access Control, Pool Maintenance, Glazing, Sustainability, Lighting, and Others.
Can I use the app in English?
Yes! The app automatically detects your device language and supports both English and Portuguese (PortuguΓͺs). You can change the language in your device settings.
