By accessing and using CondoService, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.

CondoService is a platform that connects condominiums that need services with service provider companies. Our platform allows:

• Registration of condominiums and service provider companies
• Request quotes for various types of services
• Communication between condominiums and providers via chat
• Sending and receiving quotes
• Sharing information about services

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

By using CondoService, you agree to the collection and use of the following information:

• Registration data: name, email, phone, CPF/CNPJ
• Condominium data: name, address, location (latitude/longitude), logo, photos
• Descriptions of problems and service needs
• Area measurements and number of apartment units
• Urgency level and deadlines
• Photos of the location related to requests
• Messages exchanged via chat
• Push notification token (FCM)

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Not send offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
• Provide truthful information about services and quotes
• Respect other platform users

CondoService acts only as an intermediary in connecting condominiums and service providers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided
• Financial agreements between the parties
• Contractual disputes
• Damages or losses resulting from services

All negotiations and agreements are the responsibility of the parties involved.

All platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of CondoService or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

CondoService is not responsible for:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Third-party actions
• Content provided by users

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available".

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in Brazilian courts.
